Had severe roof damage for some period of time. Tony came to provide the estimate of repairs. After seeing the damage, he prioritized our scheduling. The workmen completed all work competently and in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with all work that was done. A nod to Brittney for keeping me informed on schedule and answering any questions I had.

5 stars with a caveat. In the end, I am very happy with the job done, which is all I can ask. There was, however, a rather large problem after the job was done. I called to let Prestige know about the issue and the next day the owner showed up, as requested. He immediately agreed that that particular part of the job was terrible and assured me that it would be corrected. I believe the entire crew did a great job and the problem was caused by just someone who was not qualified to do that particular part of the overall job. It was fixed and now the job is complete and well done. I would recommend Prestige because I believe they will deliver what is promised and that they will take care of any issues that might arise.

I recently had my house reroofed by Prestige Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results.From my initial meeting with Tony Suarez who provided a complete inspection of my roof, including going into the attic to writing the quote, he demonstrated amazing professionalism. Brittney, was quick and provided quality customer service, communicating with me every step of the way. My project manager, Jorge Suarez, provided excellent communication and immediate follow-up. The crew arrived early in the morning and were quick, efficient, and professional, completing the entire roof installation in just about six hours. Even my neighbors commented on how efficiently my roof was installed and how quickly the crew worked. The crews were friendly, hard-working, and meticulous, leaving everything spotless. In addition, I had the all the box vents replaced along the roof ridge. Additionally, I had Leafree gutters installed on a second day, and that crew was just as professional and efficient. Finally, having my chimney cap replaced, the worker who completed that maintained the high quality/standard in professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. My roofing project included extra repairs packaged in the complete roofing project. Right from the start the cost was detailed and remained the same quoted price at the end of the project. The workers started right on time with no delay and the roof was complete within two days. The area was cleaned up and no nails detected! The office always communicated in a timely matter with any of my questions. They also left an extra pack of shingles for any future needs. Right after the roof was completed we had a good week of rain and the problems I had in the past no longer exist. They also offer a year follow back. Job was done professionally. Nice cooperation among all. Need to learn to improve replacing satellite dish. Take a picture of location and proper directions. For reference or have home owners turn on tv to assist and inform when properly set. This little prosses would save homeowners a headache. The person who did reattach dish only pointed it south with no consideration.

The Prestige Roofing LLC company did an amazing job transforming our vacation cabin. We changed a shingle roof to a metal roof, tore off the roof and replaced in one day! The original siding was removed and replaced with steel siding and the soffit and fascia were also redone. Took down existing gutters and downspouts without damaging them so they could be put back up at the end of the job. We appreciate their timely service, from the estimate to completion. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and did the job right! They were very professional from the sales staff to the installers. The crew was fast and paid attention to detail. We truly appreciate all they did for us. Great job! We will use them again in a heartbeat!

I sent an email for a quote and received a phone call from Brittney within 20 minutes to set up a free estimate. Will showed up on time for the estimate and gave us 3 quotes, we emailed Will with our choice and he replied within 20 minutes thanking us and giving us information on the next steps. Brittney notified us when supplies were being delivered, and notified us when work would be done. The crew showed up as expected and replaced our roof in less than 7 hours. It was finally time to replace our roof and sagging soffits that were installed incorrectly by the previous homeowners. I met with Juan who walked me through the process, explained the benefits of the products they use versus the products offered by the competitors. My roof and gutters needed to be fixed as they were in bad condition and they got me in and fixed everything in a day and started working on my house a few days after we started talking. Our home was damaged due to high winds last year. I went online looking for the highest quality roofer in my area. I was called within hours and an appraiser was sent to home within a day or two. He assessed the damage, completely covered the roof damage with tarps and gave me a quote. Within a few weeks they came in and stripped down the old roof, repaired the damage to the roof, reinsulated the full attic and added the gutters. The job was done quickly, professionally and the results were beautiful. I used Prestige Roofing for a couple projects. We got new siding, gutters, facia, and soffits. I also had an issue with my roof that needed looked into, as there was a leak. I called around and got a few quotes, but Prestige had a reasonable price and could get done in the timeframe I needed. Their team was very professional and were able to get the whole duplex finished within the week. The roof issue was not in the original plans, but when I said I wanted it fixed, it was done by the next day, which included replacing boards and shingling the back half of my garage. I would highly recommend Prestige for any of your roofing/siding needs.

JP and the crew at Prestige went out of their way to help jump through the many hoops the insurance company put in place to get our roof covered and repaired through the Insurance. They also followed up after to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of work.

I was blown away by these guys! They came and were done in 2 full days. Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL! From getting an estimate to having the work done, it was such a smooth and easy process. The guys cleaned up so great and left our driveway/yard looking better than before they came! I can also say that they went above and beyond and I was shocked when I got home to my garbage cans brought up from the street after they had been picked up that day (it was garbage day). Prestige Roofing just finished a large project at our home. Our fascia, soffit and roof were all replaced. Each crew that was out worked incredibly hard and efficiently. Each day they spent time cleaning up before leaving. Whenever my husband or I would have questions they were answered promptly and our concerns taken care of. Their attention to detail and pride in their work blew us away. There were some areas on our fascia we weren’t initially thrilled with and they did not hesitate to come back right away and completely redo them. Tony and his crew recently replaced our roof that had hail damage. He was personable and easy to work with. The roof was done in just over a day. The crew was tidy and respectful (I have yet to find a nail). They were also mindful of us coming and going with small kids and our dogs. I would highly recommend Prestige Roofing.

Amazing work. It took them one day. I work overnights and managed to sleep, from 8-12, and by the time I got up and looked they were already putting the new shingles on. So in four hours they tore off 3 layers of old shingles, the top layer of my chimney (to cover over it because it's no longer used) replaced some of the wood that was in rough shape, and started to lay down the new shingles. My yard was also left cleaner then when they arrived. Also, that front porch cover, is very unstable, the fact that they did the roof on that little part is just, so cool, and means a lot to me because it's one of my favorite parts of my house, and the last people I tried contacting to do my roof said it should be removed.

We had an inspection/estimate done on a twenty three year old roof. Estimate was very reasonable and installation date was good for us. They let us know the day before they arrived. Project was completed in 1 1/2 days. They were timely and very professional. Little things they did to verify how professional. After install, they blew all grit off the roof, blew out the gutters, blew off the driveway. Made sure there was no debre in the bushes and surrounding area. Their attention to detail was very evident at all times as they worked virtually nonstop through horrible heat. I watched the entire process! Cleanup was done after dark so they came back the next day and Tony even went around an additional time after that. As a dog owner that was especially meaningful to me. The product they use is rated number one in all of the Google searches I did. You will NOT go wrong with this veteran owned company. Nice veteran discount too!

Brittany's communication was above the top. Will, one of the crew members came to the house and did three estimates on my house and garage. I just had the house done. Tony, Brittney and the entire staff at Prestige Roofing were an absolute pleasure with whom to work. Communication was spot on. The crew was fast and finished ahead of the scheduled time. They caught every detail, especially the location of the gutter downspouts. Obviously they are well trained. The new roof looks great and the gutter installation was perfect. We can tell the difference already at how much nicer it is inside due to the newly installed roof venting. Very happy with the overall experience we had with Prestige. We got a quote done late summer of 2019. Sadly due to scheduling we were unable to get them out until Spring 2020. The delay was no fault of Prestige, yet they remained in communication with us through the whole process and accommodated our schedule. They were the quickest to respond to our request for a quote. Very responsive company which is a huge plus for us. The project manager they sent out for the quote was very polite and professional. During the install the crew was very respectful and kept the front of our house looking clean and presentable at the end of each day. There was some added cost that came up unexpectedly which was not included in the initial quote. However we were able to work with Jorge (Owner of the Company) and came to a solution we felt was more than fair. My wife and I would certainly recommend Prestige based off our own experience with the company. Very happy we chose to use them as our contractor.

Jorge at Prestige Roofing just reroofed the 4th building for me all in Door County. The most recent one was 1 week ago. Always in an out in 1-2 days. The roofing crew was prompt every day and quite efficient in doing their work. I watched them occasionally and was satisfied with the methods and tools they used to remove the old roof and install the new one. They kept my property clean at the end of every day. I had a special situation with one section of the roof and the crew worked well with me to have that area done as I wanted it done. This was not a normal situation and I appreciate their flexibility to handle a special need of mine. ¡Bien hecho!
