I called around and got a few quotes, but Prestige had a reasonable price and could get done in the timeframe I needed. Their team was very professional and were able to get the whole duplex finished within the week. The roof issue was not in the original plans, but when I said I wanted it fixed, it was done by the next day, which included replacing boards and shingling the back half of my garage. I went online looking for the highest quality roofer in my area. I was called within hours and an appraiser was sent to home within a day or two. He assessed the damage, completely covered the roof damage with tarps and gave me a quote. Within a few weeks they came in and stripped down the old roof, repaired the damage to the roof, reinsulated the full attic and added the gutters. The job was done quickly, professionally and the results were beautiful. I work overnights and managed to sleep, from 8-12, and by the time I got up and looked they were already putting the new shingles on. So in four hours they tore off 3 layers of old shingles, the top layer of my chimney (to cover over it because it's no longer used) replaced some of the wood that was in rough shape, and started to lay down the new shingles. My yard was also left cleaner then when they arrived. Also, that front porch cover, is very unstable, the fact that they did the roof on that little part is just, so cool, and means a lot to me because it's one of my favorite parts of my house, and the last people I tried contacting to do my roof said it should be removed. read less
